Farm Credit Bank of Texas is a cooperatively owned wholesale bank with assets of $24.5 billion. Together with our affiliated lending cooperatives, we comprise the $31.6 billion Texas Farm Credit District. We provide funds and services to 14 retail-lending co-ops and two Other Financing Institutions. These lenders make loans for rural real estate, agribusiness, and agricultural production.

The Audit Committee is a committee of the Board of Directors. The primary function of the Audit Committee is to fulfill its oversight responsibilities for the financial reporting process, the system of internal control, the audit process, and the company's process for monitoring compliance with laws and regulations.

Compensation Committee

The Compensation Committee established by this charter is a committee of the board of directors of the Farm Credit Bank of Texas ("Bank") which is accountable only to and shall report only to the board of directors of the Bank. The primary function of the Compensation Committee is to discharge the board's responsibilities with respect to the overall compensation policies and plans for officers and employees.
