Cowboy Breakfast

The annual Cowboy Breakfast in downtown Austin kicks off the Star of Texas Fair and Rodeo, one of the largest nonprofit organizations in the area. And Farm Credit is a proud sponsor. Our team members help welcome the crowd of early risers by serving cowboy classics such as biscuits and gravy.

Every year, the Star of Texas Fair and Rodeo presents dozens of college scholarships averaging more than $15,000 per student. Since the start of the program in 1981, the Star of Texas Fair and Rodeo has awarded millions of dollars in college scholarships. Farm Credit sponsors the tie-down roping at each rodeo performance, as well as the Texas Longhorn exhibit.
